文明礼仪润于心，行为规范践于行
尊敬的各位领导、各位老师，亲爱的同学们：
大家上午好！
今天我国旗下讲话的主题是《文明礼仪润于心 行为规范践于行》
Dear leaders, teachers and dear classmates,
Good morning everyone!
Today, the theme of my speech is "Civilized manners moisten the heart and code of conduct practices in behaviors"
我们爱秋天，爱她的天高气爽，爱她的云淡日丽，爱她的香飘四野，爱她的灿烂辉煌。
做为滨河淮外的一员，我们更爱秋阳沐浴下的校园，因为这片土地如此亮丽，花红，草青，树绿，满目是生机勃勃，满耳是书声朗朗。因为这片土地如此厚重，曾经的辉煌已形成我们独有的底蕴。
建校七年来，先进超前的办学理念、科学规范的管理机制、德高业精的师资队伍、活力四射的青春风采造就了一个芳香四溢、文明和谐的校园文化，有谁不爱这片土地呢？
老师同学们，体现一份爱，让我们共同营造一个文明的校园。文明不复杂，不抽象，不遥远，她是一种品质，是一种修养，是一种受人尊敬，并被大家广泛推崇的行为。
We love autumn, love her bright cool weather, love her shining light day, love her spicy floating field and her glorious and resplendent.
As a member of Binhe Huaiwai, we love the campus bathed by autumn sun more, because this land is so beautiful, with red flowers, green grass and green trees, full of vitality and full of book sounds. Because this land is so thick, the glory of the past has formed our unique heritage.
In the past seven years since the school was founded, the advanced school-running ideas, scientific and standardized management mechanism, highly respected and professional teachers and energetic youth have created a fragrant, civilized and harmonious campus culture. Who doesn't love this land?
Teachers and students, show a love to let us build a civilized campus together. Civilization is not complicated, abstract or far away. It is a kind of quality, a kind of accomplishment, a respected behavior and widely respected by everyone.
文明就是朴素整洁的装束，就是路上相遇时的微笑，就是他人有难时的热情帮助，就是见到师长时的一声亲切问候，就是不小心撞到对方时的一声对不起，就是不说脏话，自觉将垃圾扔入垃圾箱，就是就餐时自觉排队，文明进餐，就是不损坏公物，就是积极思考，安静听课，不懂就问，就是课余时间不喧哗，就是自觉服从学生会的管理，和接受老师的批评劝阻。
但，做一个文明的人，有修养的人，不是一朝一夕的事，需要我们互相提醒，自我监督，让文明成为一种习惯，让习惯成为一种自然。
老师同学们，让我们用爱共同创建一个和谐的校园。和谐凝聚力量，和谐成就伟业。安顺谓和，协调为谐。
在这给人智慧启迪的校园里，我们应努力提升自身素质，尊重他人，与人和谐相处。
Civilization is a simple and neat costume, a smile when we meet on the road, a warm help when others are in trouble, a warm greeting when we meet a teacher, a sorry when we accidentally bump into each other, that is, not swearing, and be aware of throwing rubbish into the rubbish bin, that is, be aware of queuing up when eating, eating in a civilized way, that is, not damaging public property, that is, actively thinking, listening quietly, asking if you don't understand, that is, not making noise after school, that is, be aware of obeying the management of the students’ union and accepting it.
But being a civilized and cultured person is not something that happens overnight. We need to remind each other and supervise ourselves, so that civilization can become a habit and habit can become a nature.
Teachers and students, let's create a harmonious campus with love. Harmony gathers strength, and harmony makes great achievements. Anshun means harmony, and coordination is harmony.
In this campus that gives us wisdom and enlightenment, we should strive to improve our own quality, respect others and get on well with others.

同学们，再过几天我们即将迎来新中国七十五周年华诞。因此，让我们在国旗下庄严宣誓：
我们会携起手来，共同努力，让学校处处体现文明气息，体现和谐氛围，为学校明天的辉煌努力拚搏，为用生命换来我们今天美丽河山的英烈们，献上永远的纪念，为祖国的繁荣富强奋斗不息。

Classmates, we will celebrate the 75th birthday of New China in a few days. Therefore, let's stately swear under the national flag:
