亲爱的同学，敬爱的老师们：

大家早上好！今天我国旗下讲话的主题是：学会宽容，快乐成长。

莎士比亚说：“宽容就像天上的细雨滋润着大地。它赐福于宽容的人，也赐福于被宽容的人。”爱因斯坦说：“宽容意味着尊重别人的任何信念。”敬爱的毛主席也曾说：“意志坚如铁，度量大似海。”

Dear teachers and classmates!

Today, the theme of our speech is: learn to be tolerant and grow up happily.

Shakespeare said: Forgiveness is like the rain from the sky which moistens the earth. It blesses those who forgive and those who are forgiven.Einstein said: tolerance means respecting for other people's beliefs.  Our dear Chairman MAO also said: will is as strong as iron, measurement is as big as the sea.


纵观古今，宽容流淌在历史长河之中。齐桓公继位前，被管仲射中一箭，但他采纳鲍叔牙的建议，选择宽容，重用管仲，成就一代霸业。《将相和》中，蔺相如宽容廉颇，两人和好，使赵国更加繁荣昌盛。诸葛亮七擒七纵孟获，最后孟获心悦诚服地投靠他，传为佳话。

同学们，学会宽容，我们可能会迎来更高的人生境界。怎么学会宽容呢？

首先学会宽容自己，把握宽容的角度。周瑜和诸葛亮曾是盟友，可是周瑜不肯诸葛亮胜于他，百般暗算，最后吐血而亡。如果周瑜宽容自己，承认山外有山天外有天，可能会书写不一样的人生。宽容自己，一定是对结果的宽容，而不是对奋斗过程的宽容！在个人奋斗过程中，我们绝不宽容自己的懈怠和懒惰！

First, we should be tolerant to ourselves and grasp the angle of tolerance.Zhou Yu and Zhuge Liang used to be Allies, but Zhou Yu refused to let Zhuge Liang outdo him. He tried all kinds of backstabbing tactics and finally vomited blood and died. If Zhou Yu had tolerated himself and admitted that there were mountains beyond the mountains and heaven beyond the mountains, he might have written a different life.Tolerance of our own, must be the tolerance of the results, rather thanthe tolerance of thestruggle process! 其次，学会宽容他人，把握宽容的原则。大是大非面前，我们绝不宽容！校纪国法面前，我们绝不宽容！除此之外，我们选择宽容。例如，他人的言谈举止不同于我们，我们应该做到尊重，因为“宽容意味着尊重别人的任何信念”。又如，他人误解我们，我们要“度量大似海”，淡然一笑，相信清者自清！再如，他人误伤我们，我们会笑着说：没关系！因为“宽容赐福于宽容的人，也赐福于被宽容的人。”

Secondly, learn to tolerate others, grasp the principle of tolerance. When we Face major issues of principle, we should never tolerant! In front of school disciplineand national law, we will never tolerate! In addition, we choose tolerance For example, other people talk and act differently from us, we should respect, because tolerance means respecting other people's beliefs. For example, if other people misunderstand us, we shouldbe magnanimous, smile calmly, and believe that he who is clear will be clear! Another example, others accidentally hurt us, we will smile and say: it doesn't matter! Because forgiveness blesses those who forgive and those who are forgiven.

同学们，在生活中，我们难免会与别人发生摩擦，当别人不小心踩到你，你应该摆摆手，说声“没关系”;当别人弄坏了你的东西，向你道歉时，你也应该宽容地付之一笑。天地如此宽广，比天地更宽广的应该是人的心!作为滨河淮外的同学们，我们每天都经历着学习和生活的种种历练，因此，我们更应该学会宽容，进而快乐成长。让我们将“宽容”付诸实际行动，让春日的滨河校园绽放“宽容之花”！
