《预防冬季传染病,健康校园靠你我》

尊敬的老师、亲爱的同学们:

大家好!

今天,我很荣幸可以站在这里发言,我国旗下讲话的题目是预防冬季传染病,健康校园靠你我。

瑟瑟秋风知寒意,不知不觉间,深秋已过,初冬已不期而至。秋冬之交,随着温度的下降,你是否为自己添加衣物了呢?当你听到班上有人咳嗽或打喷嚏时,你是否有意的将窗户打开透气呢?大课间跑操结束,当你用玻璃窗挡住凛冽的寒风,进入温暖的教室时,你是否贪图一时的凉快而将厚厚的外套脱掉呢?

同学们,冬季的教室可是细菌的温床啊。在他们的眼中,你就是手无缚鸡之力的金主,只能任凭他们的侵略。要知道,冬季可是许多呼吸道传染病的高发的季节,例如:流行性感冒、流行性脑膜炎、流行性麻疹、肺结核、手足口病、水痘等。

Hello! 

Today, I stand here, on behalf of our school, it is a great honor to issue an important reminder about the prevention of infectious diseases in winter. 

The pace of winter has quietly come, the temperature is gradually dropping, the air is becoming dry. In this season, we should not only pay attention to warm, but also beware of the invasion of winter infectious diseases. Winter infectious diseases, as the name suggests, refers to the high incidence of infectious diseases in winter. These diseases mainly include influenza, chickenpox, rubella, hand, foot and mouth disease.


这些疾病不仅会影响我们的身体健康,还会影响我们的学习和生活。那么,如何预防冬季传染病呢?以下是给大家的几点建议:

1.随着天气变化增减衣物,避免受凉。不要“只讲风度,不讲温度”,否则,抵抗力下降,细菌、病毒易侵入,引发呼吸道传染性疾病。

2.教室、宿舍要经常开窗通风,保持室内空气新鲜,这是最简单、最行之有效的室内空气消毒方法。另外,每天到校医室接取消毒水,利用中午和晚上的时间对教室内进行及时消毒。

3.养成良好的卫生习惯,不要对着人打喷嚏和咳嗽,不要随地吐痰,要勤洗手,及时清理教室内产生的垃圾。

4.加强体育锻炼,增强免疫力。同学们应积极参加体育锻炼,课间多到室外活动,享受快乐大课间的同时增强体质。在锻炼的时候,必须注意气候变化,合理安排运动量,以免对身体造成不利影响。

These diseases will not only affect our physical health, but also affect our study and life. So, how to prevent winter infections? Here are some useful advice:

First, Keep a good habit of washing your hands for many times., especially after touching public places. In addition, keep indoor air circulation and avoid staying in a confined space for a long time.

Second, keep a healthy lifestyle. Enough sleep, a good diet and exercise are the keys to keep good health. At the same time, it is necessary to avoid excessive fatigue and staying up late to avoid a decline in immunity.

Third, keep warm. Winter weather is cold, pay attention to keep warm, especially the head and feet. At the same time, it is necessary to increase or decrease clothing in time according to weather changes to avoid the occurrence of colds and other respiratory diseases.

Fourth, strengthen exercise. Proper exercise can enhance physical fitness and improve immunity. You can choose morning running, yoga, aerobics and other exercise methods. 

5.保证饮食营养,补充水分,多吃水果、蔬菜,适当补充维生素的摄入。

6.生活有规律。要合理安排好作息,每天的中午、晚上要及时就寝,保持充分的睡眠,做到生活有规律,劳逸结合,提高自身抵抗力。

7.各班坚持做好晨午检,密切关注自身的身体变化,发现有发热的现象,要立即让就医,做到早发现、早报告、早治疗。如有传染病的情况,应立刻采取隔离措施,以免范围扩大。

最后,让我们共同携手,预防冬季传染病的发生。健康校园需要我们每个人的共同努力。让我们共同行动起来,从我做起,从现在做起!
