【红旗飘飘】我运动、我健康、我快乐

大家上午好,今天我国旗下讲话的题目是:《我运动、我健康、我快乐》。
下面我给大家讲一个真实的故事。法国著名作家雨果,年轻时很有才华。29岁就写了长篇小说《巴黎圣母院》,这本小说轰动了整个法国。之后他还写了很多小说、散文、诗歌……可正当他激情奔放的时候,心脏病却突然发作了。许多人看到雨果发青的脸色,都为他感到惋惜。人们都以为巨星就要坠落了。可雨果并不悲观,他在医生的指导下,每天坚持跑步、游泳、爬山。没多久,雨果的病情渐渐好了起来。于是他又提起笔重新写作。60岁创作了文学名著《悲惨世界》,80岁创作了戏剧《笃尔克玛》。最终他活了84岁。人们看到雨果40岁得了心脏病,最终却成了一个长寿者,都赞叹不已地说:“这真是一个奇迹。”
Today, the topic of my speech is "I exercise ,I am healthy and I happy".
Let me tell you a true story. Victor Hugo, the famous French writer, was very talented when he was young. At the age of 29, he wrote a novel, Notre Dame DE Paris, which became very famous in France. After that he wrote many novels, essays, poems... But in the midst of his passion, he had a heart attack. Many people saw Hugo’s turning blue and felt sorry for him. People thought the superstar was going to fall. But Hugo didn’t give up. He kept on running, swimming, climbing under the guidance of his doctor. Before long, Hugo was getting better. So he took up his pen and began to write again. At 60 he wrote the literary<>, and at 80 he wrote a play . He lived to be 84. When people saw Hugo suffer a heart attack at the age of 40 and become a long-lived man, they were amazed and said, "this is really a miracle."

同学们上个月我们学校举行了趣味运动会,相信每一位同学都在运动会上展示了真我的风采,感受着运动带来的力量。除了运动会,大课间、体育课,也是同学们锻炼身体的好机会。每天大课间,挺胸抬头甩直臂,进行队列行进,既强健了体魄、又展示了中学生的风貌。每节体育课,积极投入科学的体育活动,会让我们的身心得到健康地发展。
We held the fun sports meeting in our school last month. I believe that every student showed his true self in the sports meeting and felt the power brought by sports. Except the sports meeting, the class break, the physical lessons, are also good chances for students to exercise. During the class break every day, I held my head high and make my arms straight to stand in line, which not only made my body strong, but also showed the style of middle school students. Each lesson, taking an active part in sports activities, will let both our body and mind get healthy .

除此之外,我们还要自觉地参加体育运动。学习、看书超过一个小时,就要站起来走走。运动不在于多,不在于激烈,而在于持之以恒和适量。跑步和走路是最好的运动。这些看似简单的运动,如果持之以恒地去做,一定会收到事半功倍的效果!
Besides, we should take part in sports actively. Stand up and walk after reading for more than an hour. Exercise does not consist in quantity or intensity, but in perseverance and moderation. Running and walking are the best exercises. This simple exercise, if keep on it, will receive twice the result with half the effort!

来吧,亲爱的同学们!在这个寒冷的冬天,让我们走向操场,走进大自然,走到阳光下,在运动中增强体质,在操场上磨练意志,让运动——成为我们终生的兴趣爱好!让健康——成为我们全面发展的不懈追求!让快乐——成为我们成长过程的伴奏音符!

Come on, dear students! In this cold winter, let us go to the playground, into nature, go to the sun, in sports to strengthen the constitution, in the playground to hone the will, let sports - become our lifelong interest!
