大家好！今天我演讲的题目是《献礼二十大 运动展风采》。

The topic of my speech today is‘burn youthfulpassion;show the sportsmanship’
近日，中国共产党第二十次全国代表大会召开之际，面临着全面建设社会主义现代化国家的伟大征程，向着第二个百年奋斗目标进军的伟大时刻，广大青少年是先锋队，是生力军，在各自“年轻的战场”上发光发热。为此我们年年举办运动会，旨在强身健体，助力国家繁荣富强！
毛主席曾经说过：人的身体会天天变化。生而强者如果滥用其强，即使是至强者，最终也许会转为至弱；而弱者如果勤自锻炼，增益其所不能，久之也会变而为强。
Chairman MAO once said: People's bodies change every day.If the strong abuse their strength , they may finally become weak.If the weak often train themselves,they will gainwhat they can't and become stronger over time.
今年，北京冬奥会参加高山速降项目的中国姑娘孔凡影。在她之前，还没有一位中国的女选手能在这个项目登上冬奥会的会场。但是她做到了。由于她的排名是世界最后，因此她比赛的时候是最后一个出发。那个时候已经没有多少欢呼，也没有多少人观看，那个时候只有山顶的风和脚下的雪。但是她太享受这个比赛了，在她冲过终点时她大声欢呼“我们赢了，我是中国姑娘孔凡影”。体育运动让我们明白漫漫人生，我们会有无数征战。但对每一个人而言，重要的不是凯旋，而是战斗。
Recently, Kong Fanying, a Chinese girl who took part in the downhill event at the Beijing Winter Olympics. Before her, no Chinese woman had reached the Winter Olympics in the event. But she did it. Because she was the last in the world, she was the last to start in the race. There were few cheers and people watching. At that time, there were only the wind on the top of the mountain and the snow at the foot. But she enjoyed the match so much that as she crossed the finish line, she shouted, "We win, I am Kong Fanying, a Chinese girl." Sports let us know that life is long, and we will have countless battles. But for everyone, what matters is not victory, but fighting.
金秋十月，我们也将迎来属于我们自己的体育盛会。在接下来的运动会中，我希望每一个同学都要积极参与，或参加比赛，或为参赛者加油，或做志愿者；在运动场上，我们要秉持“更快、更高、更强”的奥运精神，注入“自信、自强、自尊”的奥运精神原动力，赛出水平，赛出风格，赛出友谊。人无精神不立，国无精神不强。同学们，让我们接受党的正确指引，燃烧青春激情，运动中展现青少年风采，莫负人生大好时光！
In the golden autumn of October, we will also welcome our own sports event. In the coming games, I hope that every student can take an active part in the event, or cheer for the players,or be volunteers. In the sports field, we should uphold the Olympic spirit "faster, higher, stronger" , inject the Olympic spirit motivation "self-confidence , self-improvement , self-esteem " . People can't stand without spirit, and the country can't be strong without spirit.Dear students, let's burn our youthful passion, show our sportsmanship, and live up to the great time of life!
