敬爱的老师们，亲爱的同学们：

大家早上好！今天我国旗下讲话的主题是《拒绝校园欺凌，共建和谐校园》。

Dear teachers and dear students:
Good morning, everyone!, Today, the theme of my speech is "Preventing bullying in students to take care of physical and mental health".


今天是我国第28个“全国中小学生安全教育日”。今年的教育主题是：“预防学生欺凌 呵护身心健康。”“校园欺凌”是指发生在学生身上的以大欺小、以强凌弱的行为。主要表现形式有：索要钱物，不给就威逼利诱;以大欺小，以众欺寡；强行夺取、毁坏同学物品，为了一点小事就大打出手，伤害他人身体；揭发同学隐私，故意排挤、侮辱，挑拨是非，恶语相加等。

Today is the 28th "National Day of Safety Education for Primary and Secondary School Students" in China. The theme of the year is: "Preventing student bullying and protecting physical and mental health." "Campus bullying" refers to the behavior of bullying the weak with the strong. The main forms of expression are: asking for money and thing; To deceive the small with the great, to deceive the few with the multitude;destroy classmates' belongings, and fight hard  to hurt others' bodies.


可能有的同学认为这些行为看起来小，但这些行为已经伤害到他人的身心健康。所以，我们应该行动起来，杜绝校园欺凌行为，共建和谐校园，让每一个同学都能健康成长。

Some students may think that these behaviors seem small, but these behaviors have already harmed the physical and mental health of others. Therefore, we should take action to eliminate bullying on campus, build a harmonious campus, and enable every student to grow healthily.


那么，在日常生活中，我们应该如何预防和拒绝校园欺凌呢？在此，初一2班向全校师生发出以下倡议：

So, in daily life, how should we prevent and reject bullying on campus?In this regard, class two,grade seven call on all students and teachers in the school:

1、从自身做起，加强思想道德修养。学会跟同学和谐相处，包容他人，不要斤斤计较、不要嘲笑他人，不做他人暴力帮凶，做一名有文化、有修养、有礼貌、有智慧的学生。

Start from yourself and strengthen ideological and moral cultivation. Cherish yourself, respect others, be polite to teachers, classmates, don't say something bad; Learn to be friendly to classmates, don’t laugh at others. Be a polite, and smart student.

2、要加强自我保护意识，学会保护自己。首先不做欺凌者，同时，在受人欺侮，受到威胁和暴力的时候，首先要主动、及时地向同学、家长、老师寻求帮助。

We should strengthen our sense of self protection and learn to protect ourselves. First of all, don't be a bully. At the same time, when being bullied,you should first actively seek help from classmates, parents, and teachers.

3、要正确处理好同学之间的关系。不要谩骂他人，不能以任何理由给其他同学取侮辱性质的外号，也不要做附和者或冷眼旁观者。

Correctly handle the relationship between classmates. Do not abuse others, give insulting nicknames to other students for any reason, and do not be a bystander.

4、要机智选择合理的方式应对欺凌行为。要明确冷静告诉对方停止欺凌行为。一味忍让或者纵容，只会助长欺凌者嚣张气焰。

Be smart and choose reasonable ways to deal with bullying. Be clear and calm and tell the other party to stop bullying. Simply tolerating will only encourage the bully's power.

5、要树立进取、向上的人生观和正确的价值观。弘扬和传递积极正能量，保持乐观向上的态度，积极参与校园活动，丰富学习生活。

We should establish an upward outlook on life and right values. Transmit positive energy, maintain an optimistic attitude, actively join in campus activities, and enrich learning and life.


同学们，明善恶方能伸正义，知荣辱才可净心灵。校园是学习文化知识的一方净土，而文明则是点缀校园的闪闪明星。希望大家能够提高自我保护的意识和增强自我防范的能力，同时在校园中积蓄关爱他人、自我保护的正能量，并积极参与到“反校园欺凌”的行动中来，打造文明友善、平安和谐的校园，做朝气蓬勃、奋发有为的滨河好少年！

Boys and girls, understanding good and evil can bring justice.Campus is a good place for learning cultural knowledge.I hope that everyone can improve their awareness of self-protection and enhance their ability to defend themselves, while accumulating positive energy for caring for others and self-protection on the campus, create a friendly, safe and harmonious campus, and become a hard-working young man!
