尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们：
大家上午好！
今天我国旗下讲话的题目是《全民消防，生命至上》。2024年11月9日是第33个全国消防日，11月份为全国消防宣传月，今年的主题是：全民消防，生命至上。
为增强全民的消防安全意识，使“119”更加深入人心，公安部于1992年起，将每年的11月9日定为全国消防日，着力提升全民防火意识和火灾救护技能。

Good morning, everyone!
The topic of our talk today is ‘Firefighting for all, life first’.
9 November 2024 is the 33rd National Fire Prevention Day and November is the National Fire Prevention Month, with this year's theme: Fire Prevention for All, Life First.
Since 1992, the Ministry of Public Security has made 9 November as the National Fire Prevention Day to raise awareness of fire prevention and firefighting skills among thewhole nation.
随着冬季脚步的日益临近，家庭用火、用电量显著增加，火灾事故的风险也随之上升！
为防范火灾事故发生，我们呼吁大家一起学习消防安全知识，增强火灾防范和逃生自救能力，共筑安全防线，守护我们温馨美好的家园！
在这美丽的校园中，我们一起学习、一起生活、一起成长，校园安全便显得非常的重要，因此，在全国消防日即将到来之际，我向大家提出以下几点倡议：
1.不带火柴、打火机等火种以及汽油、烟花、爆竹等易燃易爆物品进入校园；
2.学习消防器材的正确操作，观察了解学校消防器材的摆放位置；自觉爱护校园内的各种消防设施。如教室走廊通道的消防栓、灭火器等。平时不要随意玩弄、挪用消防器材，或将其改变用途。如果发现损坏消防设备的行为，应立即上前制止或报告老师。
3.在化学实验室中，使用易燃易爆物品时，听从老师的安排，小心谨慎；
4.在宿舍内禁止使用插座，不得私拉乱接导线，若发现异常情况及时向宿管反映，以免发生火灾。
As winter approaches, the risk of fire accidents increases with the significant increase in the use of fire and power in the home!
To prevent fire accidents, we urge everyone to learn about fire safety, improve fire prevention and escape self-rescue skills, build a safety defence and protect our warm and beautiful home!
On this beautiful campus, where we learn, live and grow together, campus safety is very important, and as National Fire Prevention Day approaches, I would like to share with you the following advice:
1.Do not bring matches, lighters and other sparks, as well as petrol, fireworks, firecrackers and other flammable and explosive materials to school.
2.To learn the right use of firefighting equipment and to watch and understand the placement of firefighting equipment in the school;Be aware of all types of firefighting equipment on campus. For example, fire hydrants and fire extinguishers in classroom corridor entrances. If you notice any damage to fire fighting equipment, you should at once come forward to stop it or report it to your teacher.
3.Follow the teacher's instructions and be careful when using flammable and explosive substances in the chemistry laboratory;
4.Do not use electrical sockets in the dormitory, do not pull and connect wires, if you find an abnormal situation, at once say to the hostel management to avoid fire.
5.提醒家长电动车辆规范充电，不得使用违规和不合格的的充电器给电动车辆充电。
6.积极参加突发事件紧急疏散演练，掌握逃生技能。
7.有的同学在上机课或体育课时，由于疏忽忘了关掉电源，教室空荡荡的电灯、电扇却仍然开着，既浪费电能，又存在消防隐患，一些意外事故便有可能发生。因此，同学们在今后一定要养成随手关电源的好习惯。
8.懂得消防知识和技能的我们，更要把学到的知识和技能教会我们的爸爸妈妈，爷爷奶奶，时刻谨记消防安全，共同守护美丽家园。
5.Parents are reminded to regulate the charging of electric vehicles and not to use unqualified chargers to charge e-bikes.
6.Actively take part in emergency evacuation drills for emergencies and practice escape skills.
7.Some students in computer class or on the sports field in physical education class, because of carelessness, forgot to turn off the power , the classroom is empty with the lights and fans are still on, there is a fire problem, some accidents may also happen. As a result, students must built the good habit of turning off the power in the future.
8.Knowing the knowledge and skills of firefighting, we have to teach our mums, dads, grandparents, and always keep fire safety in mind, and work together to protect our beautiful homes.
创造安全家园，是我们共同的目标。让我们携手共进，关爱生命，关注消防，共同遵守消防安全规定，掌握火灾逃生方法，强化消防意识。同学们，为了保护他人和自己的生命，为了构建和谐安全家园而努力吧！谢谢大家！
