Dear teachers and students, the topic of my speech today is "Keep trust in your heart, and honesty will take you far."
古人云：“人无信不立，业无信不兴。”这句话深刻地揭示了诚信对于个人成长和社会发展的至关重要性。作为新时代的中学生，我们更应该将“守信永记心间，诚实方能行远”作为我们行为的准则，将其融入我们的日常生活和学习中。As the old saying goes, "A man cannot stand without trust, and a business cannot prosper without trust." This saying deeply reveals the vital importance of honesty to person’s growth and social development. As a middle school student in the new era, we should take "Keep trust in your heart, and honesty will take you far" as the standard of our behavior, and integrate it into our daily life and study.
在校园里，诚信体现在每一个细微之处。比如，在考试中，我们要坚守诚信原则，不作弊、不抄袭，用真实的成绩证明自己的实力。在学习上遇到困难时，我们要勇于面对，而不是逃避或寻求不正当的帮助。同时，我们还要尊重他人的劳动成果，不剽窃他人的作业或研究成果。这些看似微不足道的行为，实则是对我们诚信品质的考验和锻炼。On campus, honesty is showed in every detail. For example, in exams, we should insist on the rule of honesty, not cheating, not copying, and prove yourself with a real score. When we have difficulties in our studies, we have to face them bravely instead of running away or asking for improper help. At the same time, we should also respect the fruits of other people's work and not copy other people's homework or research results. These small acts are really a test and exercise of our quality of integrity.除了学习上的诚信，我们在生活中也要时刻保持诚实守信的态度。与同学相处时，我们要真诚相待，不说谎话、不欺骗他人。当我们做出承诺时，要尽力去兑现它，做到言而有信。这样，我们才能赢得他人的信任和尊重，建立起良好的人际关系。In addition to honesty in study, we should always be honest in life. When we get along with our classmates, we should be honest with each other and not tell lies or cheat others. When we make a promise, we should try our best to make it and be true to our word. In this way, we can win the trust and respect of others and build good relationships.
当然，诚信不仅仅是对个人的要求，更是对社会的责任。作为滨河淮外的一员，我们要积极参与社会实践活动，为社会贡献自己的力量。在参与活动的过程中，我们要遵守规则、履行承诺，展现出中学生的良好形象和风貌。What’s more, honesty is not only a requirement for a person, but also a responsibility to society. As a member of Binhe foreign language school, we should actively take part in social practice activities and do our own part to the society.
