大家早上好！今天我国旗下讲话的题目是《携手节能环保，共建碧水蓝天》。
1972年6月5日，联合国在瑞典首都斯德哥尔摩举行第一次人类环境会议，通过了著名的《人类环境宣言》及保护全球环境的“行动计划”，提出“为了这一代和将来世世代代保护和改善环境”的口号。
Good morning! The topic of my speech is “Work together to save energy, to protect the environment and to build a clear blue sky”
On June 5, 1972, the first human environmental meeting, held in the capital of Sweden by the United Nations, issued the famous “Declaration of the Human Environment” and the “Action Plan” to protect the global environment, and put forward a plan of protecting and improving the environment for generations and next generations.

同学们，我想，我们愿流连的是“敕勒川，阴山下。天似穹庐，笼盖四野。天苍苍，野茫茫，风吹草低见牛羊”的壮美；我们愿倾心的是“明月松间照,清泉石上流”的清幽；
我们愿聆听的是“流连戏蝶时时舞，自在娇莺恰恰啼”的喧闹；我们愿体会的是“棠梨叶落胭脂色，荠麦花开白雪香”的斑斓。
All Students, the great beauty of "Between the vast sky and the boundless earth, flocks and herds appear as grass bends to wind" is what we shall be reluctant to leave; The elegance created by “clear and bright moon cast its light on the pine woods,while creeks flow above the stones” is what we would like to fall in love with.
The noise of "Butterflies are circling and dancing among the flowers, and the calls of the free Orioles are pleasant"is what we shall listen to; The beauty of " Pear leaves fall into rouge color, shepherd's purse blossoms white snow fragrance" is what we would like to appreciate.

然而由于人类常常采取乱砍滥伐、竭泽而渔等不良发展方式，地球上物种灭绝的速度大大加快。生物多样性丧失的趋势正使生态系统滑向不可恢复的临界点，如果地球生态系统最终发生不可挽回的恶化，人类文明所赖以存在的相对稳定的环境条件将不复存在。
古人云：“天育物有时，地生财有限”。习近平总书记在全国生态环境保护大会上指出，要全面推动绿色发展，倡导简约适度、绿色环保的生活方式，反对奢侈浪费和不合理消费。
Nevertheless, the extinction rate of species on the earth has been growing greatly due to people’s deforestation and fishing exhaustion. The loss of biodiversity is slowly bringing ecosystems closer to the critical . The environmental conditions for creating human civilization will cease to exist with the deterioration Earth ecosystem.
The is an old saying goes that “ the earth produces limited wealth at times.”General Secretary Xi has pointed out that the whole society should promote green development in an all-round way, advocate a simple, green and environmentally friendly lifestyle, and oppose waste and unreasonable buying at National Ecological Environmental Protection Meeting.

为了共创绿色校园,我们要携起手来，转变自身观念，提高环保生活的自觉性。我们应怀着对时代的责任感，将环保环保理念自觉落实到学习生活中的每一个细节。让我们共同做到如下几点:
1.立即行动起来，关心、支持和爱护绿化，积极参与校园绿化建设和管理，从小事做起，从一点一滴做起，从身边做起；对破坏绿化设施的行为要敢于制止并举报。
2.养成良好卫生习惯、不随意乱扔瓜皮果壳、烟头，不随地吐痰。
3.不使用污染环境, 浪费资源的产品，特别是不使用一次性碗筷和少使用塑料袋;
4.勤俭节约，节约校园内的各种资源。随手关好水龙头和电灯电扇，节约每度电，节约每滴水；
5.一切都以更高的目标要求自己，将自己培养为有文明素质、全面发展的优秀中学生。
In order to create a green campus, we must join hands to change our own ideas and live an environmentally friendly lifestyle from our hearts. We should remember the duty of environmental protection and put the idea of protecting environment into every detail in our daily life. Let’s keep the following tips into mind:
Take actions at once. Care about and support the greening; actively take part in campus greening construction and management; start from small things in our daily life; dare to stop and report on the behavior of destroying green facilities.
Develop good healthy habits, do not throw cigarette butts and do not spit everywhere.
Do not use products that pollute the environment and waste resources, especially  disposable chopsticks and plastic bags.
Be diligent and efficient; save all kinds of resources on campus; remember to turn off the lights and water faucet when leaving; save electricity and water.
Be ourselves with a higher goal; be a good middle school student with civilized quality and all-round development.

“携手节能环保，共建碧水蓝天”是一种承诺，更是一个理想。亲爱的同学们，让我们把对地球母亲的爱化作自己的实际行动，从小事做起，从现在做起，从自我做起，坚定节能理念，为营造碧水蓝天的美丽家园而不懈努力！

“Work together to save energy, to protect the environment and to build a clear blue sky” is not only a promise but a dream. Dear students, let us take efforts to turn our love for Mother Earth into own practical actions, start with small things in daily life, strengthen the idea of energy conservation, and create a clear blue sky.
