大家上午好，今天我演讲的题目是：《胸怀大爱，父爱如山》。
母爱深似海，父爱重如山。1909年，美国的布鲁斯•多德夫人向州政府提议建立父亲节。1910年6月，人们庆祝了第一个父亲节。
高尔基说过：父爱就像一本震撼心灵的书，读懂了这本书，就读懂了整个人生。
Good morning,everyone! Today, I want to talk about great paternal love.
How deeply our mother and father love us! In 1909, Mrs. Bruce Dodd from the United States proposed to the state government to start Father's Day. In June, 1910, people celebrated the first Father's Day.
Gorky said,” the father’s love is like a book that can shock and amaze us. If you can read the book, you’ll be able to understand the whole life.”

六月的阳光是一年之中最炽热的，仿佛象征着父亲给予子女火热的爱。父爱如山，高大而巍峨。父爱如天，粗旷而深远。父爱是深邃、伟大而不求回报的，然而父爱又是难懂而不可企及的。父亲像是一棵树，总是不言不语，却用他枝叶繁茂的坚实臂膀为我们挡风遮雨。岁月如指间的流水一样滑过，不觉间我们已长大，而大树却渐渐老去。
The sun heats the world in June. It is one of the hottest months in a year. The father’s love for their children is just as strong as the heat in June. The father’s love is just like the great and silent mountain. Our father will always be there to love us. The father’s love is just like the blue sky. He will make sure that the sky’s the limit for his children. Our father doesn’t want to get anything back when giving us everything he can. Sometimes it is hard to understand and feel his love. He always shows his love to us in a silent way but he will never stop helping us. He builds us shelter from difficulty and hard time with all his strength. Time is gone like the water running east without coming back. The days will never be back when our father could be always full of energy. We grow up while our father grows old.

希望在父亲节这个特殊的日子里，让我们怀着真诚的心，对自己的父亲说声：“亲爱的爸爸，您辛苦了。”让我们付出行动，做一个值得父母骄傲的好孩子。更希望大家能够在平时的学习、生活中记得父母的养育之恩，并用一种感激的心态对待父母为我们所做的一切。在父亲生日的时候，在父亲节即将来临的时候，别忘了为他们送上一声祝福，一声问候，一张贺卡，一杯热茶。
I am here on this special day in the hope that we can say faithfully to our father, “Father, thanks for your hard work!” . We should also do what we can to be good children that our parents are happy with or proud of. What’s more, we need to remember what they have done for us . Always be thankful to them for everything they have done for us. Always remember to give our best wishes, regards,greetings, cards or sometimes a cup of warm tea to our father on his birthday or Father’s Day.

亲爱的同学们，当我们渐渐长大，不再需要父母的呵护时，绝不能忘记，父母曾给我们撑起一片蔚蓝的天空。孝不再是义务，它是我们对父母的感恩和爱。对父亲来说，我们的成长成材就是他们最大的欣慰，面对即将结束的一学年，让我们刻苦努力，争取给这一学年画上圆满的句号！

Dear schoolmates! When we grow up and don’t need our parents to take care of us,we still need to remember that our parents have sheltered us. Filialness is no longer a duty but our love and gratitude for them. Our father will like it very much if we become better and grow into better people. Near the end of this term, let’s work hard and put a happy end to this term.
