尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们：

今天我们演讲的题目是：以诚信为本，做诚实守信的好少年。
参天大树挺拔耸立，靠的是深扎大地根的默默支持，凌云高楼气势撼人，来自厚重坚硬的基石无言的支持。那么人又是靠什么来支撑起漫长的人生呢？
我想，那一定就是诚信，它如沙漠中的仙人掌，那么夺目耀眼，是阴云遮不住的一片晴空，是巨大痛苦中的一剂良药。作为新时代的中学生，我们毫无疑问要诚信立身，让它在我们的生命中生根发芽。
The topic of our speech today is Be honest and trustworthy.
Towering trees stand tall and straight, relying on the silent support of deep roots in the earth，Lingyun's high-rise building has a shocking momentum, which comes from the silent support of thick and hard foundation stones.So what do people rely on to support a long life?I think that must be honesty. It is as dazzling as a cactus in the desert. It is a clear sky that cannot be covered by clouds and a good medicine in great pain.As middle school students in the new era, there is no doubt that we should stand in good faith and let it take root in our lives.




陶行知曾说过：千教万教教人求真，千学万学学做真人。
Tao Xingzhi once said: thousands of teachers teach people to seek truth, thousands of students learn to be real people.
那我们为什么要讲诚信呢？
①对于我们个人而言，对自己诚实守信，是遵从内心的表现，在人生的旅途中，无论走多远，都要坚守自我，做最真实的自己，不自欺欺人，不掩耳盗铃，那样才能永远快乐，永远真实。
②对于他人而言，你对他人诚信，会让你们之间的相处更加融洽，不仅在他人的内心中树立好形象，更是个人品德修养外在表现。诚信是一个人安身立命之本，若想让他人信任你，必须得诚信。
Then why should we be honest?
① For us personally, being honest and trustworthy to ourselves is the expression of following our hearts. In the journey of life, no matter how far we go, we should stick to ourselves, be the most real ourselves, and don't deceive ourselves or others, so that we can be happy and true forever.
② For others, your honesty to others will make you get along more harmoniously. It will not only establish a good image in others' hearts, but also the external expression of personal moral cultivation. Honesty is the foundation of a person's life. If you want others to trust you, you must be honest.




那么我们如何将诚信落实到我们学习生活中呢？
首先，是在平时做作业时，要独立完成，如果将一张老师精心设计的试卷胡乱应付了事，不仅白费了老师的心思，也没学到知识，也没养成好的习惯。所以说，在平时做作业中就要秉持着一颗认真对待的心，严谨踏实的态度，才能将学习这条道路走的越来越宽。
期中考试在即，我们一定要做到诚信考试，因为我们的考试，它本质就是想检测我们这段时间学习态度、心理、知识吸收等各方面的状况，如果在考试当中，我们发现自己有很多不懂，那么这时第一反应应该就是要尽自己的能力把会的做完、做对，考后及时进行反思，不怨天忧人，不自欺欺人。诚信考试不仅是道德准则，也是法律准则。
So how can we implement integrity into our study and life?
First of all, when doing homework at ordinary times, we should complete it independently. If we deal with a carefully designed test paper indiscriminately, it will not only waste the teacher's mind, but also fail to learn knowledge and develop good habits. Therefore, in doing homework at ordinary times, we should hold a serious heart and a rigorous and down-to-earth attitude, so as to take the road of learning wider and wider.
The mid-term exam is coming. We must do the integrity exam, because the essence of our exam is to test our learning attitude, psychology, knowledge absorption and other aspects during this period. If we find that we don't understand a lot during the exam, then the first reaction should be to do our best to finish and get it right, and reflect on it in time after the exam. We don't complain about heaven and worry about others, and don't deceive ourselves and others. Integrity test is not only a moral standard, but also a legal standard.



诚信是让我们人生能够常保美好的一种力量，它令我们相信这世上会有值得期待，能够准时到来的温暖。而我们的国家在诚信方面作出的努力，她努力为我们营造了相对公平的竞争环境，让我们相信普通人能够通过自己的努力实现梦想。所以请让诚信一直在我们每个人的心中生根发芽吧。
