大家好!今天,我国旗下讲话的题目是《关注心理健康,学会珍爱自己》。

Dear teachers and students:

Hello everyone! Today, the topic of my speech is "Pay attention to mental health and learn to cherish yourself".


什么是健康?世界卫生组织给健康下的定义是:“不仅是身体没有缺陷和疾病,而是身体上、精神上和社会适应上的完好状态。”一个健康的人,应该有两个和谐:第一个自身和谐,生理的健康和心理的健康。第二个是自身与外界的和谐:适应自然环境和社会环境。所以,完美的健康不是单一的,是多元的。大量事实证明,心理健康不仅有利于青少年的身体健康和良好学习成绩的取得,而且还能使青少年正确地面临困难和挫折,对各种社会环境有较强的适应能力。

What is health? The World Health Organization defines health as: "Not only the absence of defects and diseases in the body, but the complete state of physical, mental and social adaptation." A healthy person should have two harmony: the first self Harmony, physical health and mental health. The second is the harmony between oneself and the outside world: adapting to the natural environment and social environment. Therefore, perfect health is not single, but multiple. A large number of facts have proved that mental health is not only beneficial to adolescents' physical health and good academic performance, but also enables adolescents to correctly face difficulties and setbacks, and have strong adaptability to various social environments.


心理研究也证实,当一个人情绪好的时候,往往会精神振奋、干劲加倍,思维敏捷,效率提高;反之,则会无精打采,思路堵塞,效率下降。那么,我们青少年朋友如何拥有一颗健康的心态,做到身心健康呢?

Psychological research has also confirmed that when a person is in a good mood, he tends to be invigorated, his energy is doubled, his thinking is quick, and his efficiency is improved. So, how can our young friends have a healthy mentality and achieve physical and mental health?


首先,正确认识自己,不要自卑,不要自负,要自信,相信自己。天生我材必有用,每个人都有自己的优点。要正确面对挫折或失败,相信失败是成功之母。

其次,正确与人交往,建立和谐的人际关系。良好的人际关来源于对别人的尊重。多尊重别人,多体谅别人,多听取老师、父母、同学的意见,良药苦口利于病,忠言逆耳利于行,经常真诚地对人微笑,传递快乐!享受快乐!

再次,要情绪稳定,性格开朗。养成热爱生活、积极向上的生活态度,要树立远大的理想和信念,科学地安排好每天的学习、锻炼、休息时间,使生活有规律。

First of all, know yourself correctly, don't be inferior, don't be conceited, be confident and believe in yourself. I am born to be useful, and everyone has their own advantages. To face setbacks or failures correctly, believe that failure is the mother of success.

Secondly, correctly communicate with people and establish harmonious interpersonal relationships.Good interpersonal relationships come from respect for others. Respect others more, be considerate of others, listen more to the opinions of teachers, parents, and classmates. Good medicine is good for the sick, and good advice is good for deeds. Always smile sincerely to others and pass on happiness! Enjoy happiness!

Again, be emotionally stable and cheerful. To develop a life-loving and positive attitude towards life, establish lofty ideals and beliefs, and scientifically arrange daily study, exercise and rest time to make life regular.


同学们,健康是一种积累,心灵的健康不会从天而降,它需要锻炼,需要在困难面前经受无数次的洗礼。它需要我们不断努力,在学习上积极进取,勇攀高峰,在生活中,尊重他人,互帮互助。让我们从现在开始呵护自己的心灵,调整自己的心态,做一个身心健康的好学生。我的演讲完毕,谢谢大家!

Students, health is a kind of accumulation, the health of the mind will not fall from the sky, it needs exercise, and it needs to undergo countless baptisms in the face of difficulties. It requires us to work hard, to be proactive in learning, to climb the peak bravely, to respect others and to help each other in life.
