大家上午好！我今天演讲的题目是《播种绿色，播种希望》。

不经然，春悄然而至，于乍暖还寒之际，为大地覆上新绿，也为滨河淮外带来了勃勃生机。同学们，我们眼中繁华的景色，不过是春天的一隅芬芳，却足以醉人心魂。

Good morning, everyone!The topic of my speech today is " Sow Green, Sow Hope".

Unexpectedly, spring came quietly. When it was warm and cold at first, it covered the earth with new green and brought vitality to our school.Students, the prosperous scenery in our eyes is just a corner of spring fragrance, but enough to intoxicate the soul.

人们常说一天之际在于晨，一年之际在于春，春天是播种绿色的季节，绿色代表着勃勃生机、绿色代表着丰收的希望，绿色代表着对未来美好的向往。和着春风细雨，让我们一起播下三颗种子：

让我们来播下文明的种子。每一位同学都要争做一名文明守纪的好学生、小公民，从身边的小事做起，例如，每天去饭堂就餐，要做到安静有序、不争、不抢，文明用餐；平时见到老师和同学主动问好；不乱扔垃圾，爱护公物，在教学楼内不喧哗打闹等等，这些都是文明的表现，是每一位同学都应该做到的。 同学们，今天你播下文明的种子，未来你才能拥有良好的人格，你的路也将越走越宽！

People often say that a day is in the morning, a year is in the spring, spring is the season of planting green, green represents vitality, green represents the hope of harvest, green represents the yearning for a better future. With the spring breeze and drizzle, let's sow three seeds together:

Let's sow the seeds of civilization. Every student should strive to be a civilized and disciplined student and a small citizen, starting from the small things around him. For example, when eating in the dining hall every day, we should be quiet and orderly, do not fight, do not rob, Civilization repast is necessary; usually when you see the teachers and classmates ,you should to say hello actively; do not litter and love public property; do not make noise in the teaching building, and so on. These are the manifestations of civilization, All of the above should be done by you everyone.Today you sow the seeds of civilization, in the future you can have a good personality, your road will be wider and wider!

让我们来播下勤奋的种子。寒假和春节已经离我们而去，我们要收起贪玩的心，把心思花在学习上，课堂上集中精神，认真听课。对大多数同学而言，一时的勤奋不难做到，但是难于持久。所以，我们必须要有长远志向，并为自己制定一个小目标，经过努力，小目标很快就会实现，我们自然会有成就感。持之以恒，我们就能看见进步！同学们，只有今天播下勤奋的种子，在今后的中考、高考中你才能取得累累硕果！你的人生才会无憾！

让我们来播下健康的种子。我们不仅要健康的身体还要有健康的心理。保持健康的身体，离不开运动，每位同学每天都要坚持锻炼身体，积极参加体育活动，保持健康的体魄；保持健康的心理，离不开沟通与交流，在生活中学习中遇到不顺心的事，要主动与老师同学诉说，及时解开心中的结，及时摆脱困境，这样才能更好的生活和学习。同学们，只有今天播下健康的种子，你才拥有了为未来拼搏的本钱！

Let's sow the seeds of health. We need not only a healthy body but also a healthy mind. Keeping healthy can not be separated from sports. Every student should persist in exercising every day, actively  participate in sports activities and keep healthy body. Keeping healthy psychology can not be separated from communication.If he has unpleasant things in life, he should take the initiative to talk with his teachers and classmates, solve the knots in happiness in time and get rid of difficulties in time, so that he can live and learn better.Students, only by sowing healthy seeds today can you have the money to fight for the future!

同学们，我们都是祖国的未来！是祖国的春天！新时代的号角已经吹响，未来美好幸福生活要靠我们自己从现在开始用双手去创造。让我们从现在做起！从我做起！春天，让我们一起来播下希望的种子，并且持之以恒的耕耘，相信我们一定能享受到进步的喜悦，享受到收获的幸福！
