尊敬的老师、亲爱的同学们：
大家上午好！今天我国旗下讲话的题目是《文明校园我代言》。
当我站在庄严的五星红旗下，真的是思绪万千，许多不和谐的画面在我脑海里浮现：
白色垃圾和我们一起舞动，果皮纸屑随我们一起跳跃，走廊上、餐厅中、宿舍里你推我挤、大声喧哗，见到老师撇过脸，自习课上笑嘻嘻等，这些不文明的表现令我如鲠在喉、如坐针毡。
当前，淮安正在举全市之力创建全国文明城市，作为滨河淮外的学子，作为身在名校的我们，理应作出更多更大的贡献。
Dear teachers, dear students:
Good morning, everyone! The topic of our speech today is "I speak for civilized campus ".
When I stand under the solemn national flag, so many discordant pictures appear in my mind.
White rubbish dance with us; peel and paper jump with us; On the corridor, in the dining room, in the dormitory we push each other;Some of us speak loudly and turn down the face when seeing the teachers.Others grin in self-study classes and so on. These uncivilized performance makes me thorny and uncomfortable.
At present, Huai'an is raising the city's efforts to create a national civilized city, as students in Binhe Huaian Foreign Language School,we should make more and greater contributions.
文明是什么？文明是一种修养，文明更是一种由内而外出来的气质。心灵越高贵，姿态越低微。
我们滨河学子作为同龄人中的佼佼者，更应该懂得“不学礼无以立、人无礼则不生”的道理，当你轻声慢语担心打扰他人的时候，当你收回已到嘴边的不文明话语，当你从地上捡起回不了“家”的废纸果壳，当你看到老师后嘴角微微抬起的笑容和一句落落大方的“老师您好”……你已经行走在春天里、沐浴在阳光下，文明的种子已在心里发芽，文明之花必将绽放。
What is civilization? Civilization is a kind of cultivation and a kind of temperament from inside. The more noble the mind is, the lower the posture will be.
We Binhe students, as the best of our peers, we should understand the truth that "A man cannot live without manners.”When you whisper and worry about disturbing others, when you take back the uncivilized words that have come to your mouth, when you pick up the waste paper which can’t go back "home" from the ground, when the the smile slightly raises in the corner of your mouth after seeing the teacher, and say a generous "Hello teacher". You have walked in spring, bathed in the sun, and the seeds of civilization has sprouted in your heart, the flowers of civilization will bloom.
同学们，从今天起，请学会主动捡拾垃圾，爱护校园环境；文明用语，规范用语，不喧哗，不吵闹，不影响他人休息；加强主动问好意识。养成良好的习惯，我们才会行得更稳、走得更远！
同学们！不论过往，无问西东，请从此时此刻，做一个文明的人，做一个幸福的人，与美好结伴同行，给梦想插上翅膀，让自己更加出彩，让人生更加精彩！因为，我们和整个世界站在一起！
